Our grant scheme opens between March and June and primary schools in the UK are eligible to apply.

Our Grants

‘Give YV a Try’ Grants (first time schools only)
This grant is specifically for schools that have never participated in YV before and would like to give it a try. It covers the YV registration fee and provides one place for a teacher at the local teacher workshop.

To be eligible for this grant Schools need to have never engaged in YV and lack the necessary funds to cover the associated costs.

Travel Grants
Travel grants aid schools who lack sufficient funds or parental financial support to cover transportation for attending Young Voices concerts.

Family support Grants
The family grant covers 30 tickets and 30 Young Voices t-shirts for schools attending a Young Voices concert.

To be eligible for this grant the local area served by the school and the families associated with the school will face financial constraints that mean tickets and t-shirts are not affordable.

Apply for a grant
To apply for any of these grants and get your school singing with Young Voices all you need to do is fill in the form below explaining your need for support. Please remember to outline:

• Why your school requires this support to attend Young Voices. This can include local demographics, numbers of pupil premium children in the school and other evidence or information about the context of your school or community
• How your school will use the grant to support to have wider impact on the children and families in the school community beyond taking part in YV
• Anything else you think will help us understand the need for the grant
• If you are applying for a travel grant please outline the expected costs of your coach or other transportation.
• You will need to commit to completing our evaluation process to be able to draw down your grant income.

Applications for grants for 2027 will open by the end of March.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by mid-July.
